Orders ship from Mississauga, Ontario using Canada Post and Purolator. Delivery times and rates by province below.

Where we ship

Canada only. We ship to every province and territory, including remote postal codes. We do not ship outside of Canada.

Carriers and methods

  • Canada Post Expedited — default for most orders. Tracking included; a signature is required on delivery for orders over $100.
  • Canada Post Xpresspost — faster, with tracking and signature on delivery.
  • Purolator Ground — used selectively where it outperforms Canada Post for the destination.
  • Purolator Express — available on request for urgent shipments.

Delivery times

Most in-stock orders are packed and handed to the carrier the next business day, and your tracking number goes live at that point. Transit time after that varies by destination:

Shipping rates

Orders over $99 ship free anywhere in Canada. Below that, live rates are calculated at checkout based on the parcel weight and your destination postal code.

Lithium-ion batteries inside a sealed flashlight ship by ground only, per Transport Canada and carrier rules. This is normal and does not delay your order.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed automatically once the carrier has scanned the parcel. If a tracking number does not appear within two business days of your order confirmation, please get in touch.

Lost or damaged shipments

Shipments are insured. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and any photos available. We open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement so that you are not stuck waiting on the carrier’s timeline.
