Are these lights genuine?
Yes. Canada Flashlights is an official Canadian Fenix distributor. Every light comes directly from Fenix and is covered by the full Fenix warranty. See our authenticity guarantee for detail.
Where do orders ship from?
Mississauga, Ontario. Most orders go out the next business day. Carrier and delivery times by province are on the shipping page.
Do you ship to my province / territory?
We ship to every province and territory in Canada, including Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut. Remote postal codes take longer; the shipping page has the estimates.
Is the price in Canadian dollars?
All pricing is in Canadian dollars. Refunds are issued in CAD to the original payment method.
What is the return policy?
Fourteen days on unused product. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled separately. Full detail on the returns page.
How does the warranty work?
The full Fenix warranty applies. Service is handled in Canada through Canada Flashlights — you do not have to ship a defective light across the border. The warranty page covers periods, exclusions, and the claim process.
My light will not turn on. Is it broken?
Often it is not. The troubleshooting guide walks through the most common causes — battery direction, battery age, dirty contacts, lock-out mode — before you send anything for service.
Which Fenix should I buy?

Can I store lithium-ion batteries in winter?
Yes, with one rule: charge them to roughly half capacity before storing and keep them at room temperature, not in a cold garage. The battery guide has the full set of cold-weather, storage, and travel rules.
Do you offer business or volume pricing?
Yes. Quotes for SAR teams, fire services, outfitters, retailers, and other organizations are handled through the business orders page.
